Second week of Second Semester

Last week we worked on a bunch of things from all the three discplines separately.

I dont know why but i fell that this semester is way harder than first semester. It almost feel like everybody knows what they are doing. The class seems to be in harmony, but the work is overwhelming.

I hope that this will keep going on throught out the ten weeks we have left in school. There is really nothing interesting to talk about this moment.

We had been focusing on how beliefs can be shaped in writings. We have been examming the wording system of brilliant writers and picking out certain words that have might have been written to shape our ideas of thinking. I personnally have discovered how this is used in almost every writing we read. The author most of the time has a way to sneak in his beliefs in his or her writing.

We have to be careful when reading anything. We have to remenber that people are most of the time bias when writing anything.

Second Semester

Why does it feel like I am already in the middle of the semester. Work has already pilled up in just one week.

We have been working on a lot of journalism lately. Last thursday we wacth a documentary on the holocaust and exmamined how people came to believe what they did was right. The documentary was very educational and detail filled. I still fail to understand what could drive a person to that certain level. We learned about propaganda and how its used across the world. We learned how propaganda helped start the holocaust.

In english class we read an article online that was assigned for homework. I answered a few questions after about the article.

In religious studies. We talked about what we wanted to study this semester and what subjects interests us the most. The answers were very broad and interesting.
